Bob Feller was a Hall of Fame pitcher for the Cleveland Indians, famed for his blazing fastball and dominance at a young age during baseball’s pre- and post-World War II eras. Nicknamed “Rapid Robert,” he led the league in strikeouts multiple times and put his career on hold to serve in the U.S. Navy during the war.
